PGS is also seeking an experienced Advancement Operations professional who will assist organizations in strengthening their fundraising systems and operational effectiveness.
Scope of Consulting Engagement
- Advancement operations assessments
- CRM optimization and database strategy
- Data integrity and governance
- Executive dashboards and fundraising reporting
- Moves management and portfolio reporting
- Gift processing and operational workflow improvements
- Advancement and Finance coordination
- Standard operating procedures and documentation
- Staff training and mentoring
- Operational planning for campaign readiness
Preferred Qualifications
- Significant experience in Advancement Operations or Advancement Services
- Advanced knowledge of Raiser's Edge or other nonprofit CRM platforms
- Experience developing fundraising reports and executive dashboards
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting fundraising organizations in education, healthcare, or community services preferred
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and assignment-based. Consulting rates vary based on experience, expertise, engagement scope, client profile, geographic market, and anticipated time commitment. Engagements may be structured on an hourly, project, or retainer basis. Specific compensation will be discussed and agreed upon before a consultant accepts an assignment.
